2022: Winter sport is back


After two years of YES/NO to the winter sporting seasons - the 2022 rugby, soccer, netball, hockey seasons are ON and hopefully to stay.

As the weather starts to cool and pre-season training and trials start - it's imperative to look after muscles and to minimise the risk of injury.

We encourage stretching pre and post training and games as well as wearing a compression short ( RATIO: ). The compression short supports major muscles, minimises the risk of injury and reduces muscle fatigue.
